I did not hire Mr. Larry because he already had the property survey from recent and was kind enough to send them. They were so well done that my fence company did not need new documents. If you are thinking of getting a fence, or selling. Please use his service. The quality will help the next person. Also, Mr. Larry was very transparent with scheduling etc.

This was my first experience with hiring a survey company for my own property. Larry Scartz with Scartz Surveys was a pleasure to work with. I have been a real estate agent for roughly 10 years and will recommend Scartz Surveys to my client's moving forward if they need a survey/plat ordered. The price was cheaper than every other company I contacted. The timing of job completion was faster than every other company I contacted. The end product Plat was very detailed. Multiple hard copies of the Plat/survey were mailed to me as well as a laminated Plat/survey. A PDF version was also emailed for my electronic records. I highly recommend Scartz Surveys for a plat / survey and/or property corner staking.

Fantastic customer service! Very fast turnaround time. Highly recommend! Larry was great to work with and very responsive. I needed a survey for a deck and he sent his crew out the next day so my permit wasn't held up any longer. Very reasonably priced.
