We have been working with Mr. Kelly for over a year now with an accident my husband was involved in. Our experience with 'Tom' has been excellent. When you've been involved in an accident you are usually very upset and are NOT thinking clearly.. that was us. We were lost in so many ways as to what to do. Tom took such great care to take care of all of the communications and dealings with the 'other' insurance company. He was always in touch with us, keeping us posted on what was next and also letting us know if there was any particular information we needed to get to him. We would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Kelly.
