I have been trying to fix my credit since I was 19 due to my parents putting stuff in my name and just financial illiteracy in general when I was young. I have delt with multiple debt collectors and firms in the past because of this, and all of them were a pleasure to work with! This company though, HORRIBLE!!! I would give them zero stars if I could. Completely unprofessional, has been reporting multiple duplicate accounts to the credit bureaus and refuses to work with me to get them fixed. Demands to know my gross income to agree to a payment arrangement, and just overall extremely rude and nasty, with Steve Brown being the nastiest of them all. The rest of the staff you can tell is just doing their job. Steve Brown though, horrible human being.

Completely unwilling to work with you on any payments. Very rude and condescending as well. Will harass you will filing court hearings instead of working out a reasonable payment schedule.

O stars no information regarding court order and will garnish your hard earned money out of your bank and pay their unhelpful employees for that scam. Attorneys who don’t care about people and worship money.

This is legal robbery. This office withdrew almost $2,000 from my bank accounts with no notice, no phone call no email nor any correspondence through the mail. When I went to their offices they are conveniently closed to the public and request correspondence is through emails. This is as unprofessional as it comes and about as criminal as it comes as well. If I could leave zero Stars I would I'm also considering hiring a lawyer oh, and you should too.

Tifffany & Tiffany aka Tiffany & Brown "law firm" thrives off old forgotten debts.... they do not answer phone calls.... they charge ridiculous interest rates.... payment website is usually down.... I Owe roughly $3000 in principle with almost $10K in interest!! I don't even know what the interest rate is because they refuse to answer ! They are NOT transparent and refuse to provide any validity of the debt or answer any questions. They stay locked away in their offices and closed to the public. Matthew Tiffany refuses to answer any questions regarding the debt or take my calls. They take legal action and garnish you without notifying you and when your garnishment is over they give you a generous 2 days to contact them to set up a payment arrangement. When you call you get a message that says someone will return your call in 48 hrs but no one calls you back and they are right back in court garnishing you again. LEGAL ROBBERY.
