I called him and he answered me obviously from his cell. He was away from his office. He said he would call me back when in the office. 20 minutes later he called, we spoke regarding a matter I wanted resolved. He reviewed my info, told me it was easily done for a flat fee. I immediately paid him, he met me the next day after hours (who does that?) To sign papers. The next week it was done. Poof all fixed.
