I had a great experience working with Tim as my injury attorney. After getting rear-ended by a large moving truck, I was in pain and had no idea what to do next. My experience with Timothy Ryan’s firm has been deeply frustrating. Communication was consistently poor, with calls and emails often ignored, and case management was riddled with mistakes - including mix-ups with other clients’ information. Now, after terminating his services, he refuses to be reasonable about his lien, further complicating my ability to secure new counsel. If this matter is resolved fairly, I am willing to update this review to reflect the outcome.

My personal involvement with Mr. Ryan and staff began after a fall I took Valentines day 2023 outside a very popular establishment. The fall occurred due to a broken area of cement which was not repaired and should have been repainted but had been worn off. My fall tore my shoulder and I had to replace it. My luck changed the day I met Mr. Timothy Ryan and assoc. With the utmost care, expertise and professionalism he handled every aspect of my case. What sets them apart from any other firm I've heard about is their attention to detail plus the fact if I ever tried to contact Mr. Ryan he was always there for me. Mr. Ryan and his staff are more than exceptional in my book! I highly recommend Mr. Ryan and assoc. to anyone and everyone who may need help. Timothy J Ryan and Associates is a complete disaster. He and his gaggle of assistants repeatedly ignored my emails, sent me paperwork with another client’s name on it, and even addressed me as a "Miss" in one of their most recent emails (I am a male). They canceled an appointment I took time off work for - just 15 minutes before it was supposed to start. I would email them to make sure they're aware of certain details or developments of the case, or would request information, and would be completely ignored or receive a response addressing only part of my original message. Tim Ryan himself is forgetful, unresponsive, and unprofessional - going so far as to send a snarky email when he learned I hired a different attorney for another case. "Say hello to my good friend Gary." Tim also either completely forgot my name or referred to me by other clients' names on multiple occasions. They settled one of my cases for the bare minimum offered by my own uninsured motorist policy when the other party's insurance denied the claim. They didn't bother challenging the decision or filing a lawsuit against them despite the insured being clearly liable in causing the accident and fleeing the scene. They left money on the table and opted for an easy settlement instead. This firm is lazy, sloppy, and downright disrespectful. Don’t waste your time.
