I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING TIMOTHY P. ASSAF!! Very unethical practices as he collected payment and did not follow through with anything he was hired to do. When following up on how things were going, all emails and phone calls were ignored. Paid $1,000 upfront to receive nothing in return.

I paid him to file contempt charges. I did everything for the case except file. He never filed. He failed. He worked as much for my ex as her lawyer did. He actually told me that he didn't understand why my ex's lawyer cared about my divorce. Find a lawyer that will fight for you.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Lawyer, take your money elsewhere ! He doesn’t respond, he doesn’t remember your case, he only moves it along if you pester him. He’s costed my family a ton of money but sitting on our case for over a year, then had the audacity to hang up on me over the phone when i expressed that to him.

He didn’t fight for me. He just sat in court and was speechless. Definitely is for the “man” and not the “woman”. Waste of time and money! Almost lost my shared parenting rights to my daughter because of him. When I shouldn’t have! Obtained a new attorney and won.

Tim was great and really knows his stuff, he really bent over backwards to help my wife and I, even came to the house because of construction at his office, which we really appreciated, because we are both senior citizens.
