For my recent client closing, this company exceeded my expectations. They were efficient and we were in and out in about 20 mins both seller and buyer signed.

We were there to get guidance on settling an estate and then doing some estate planning. The attorney we worked with was wonderful. We also needed guidance with some realty decisions. So nice to have a group you trust to provide just the help you need whatever your needs.

The lawyer who was handing a case for us, Mr. Andrew lovvorn I could never reach him, he is always to busy to answer the phone for me, the perillegal who I am often transferred to is also to busy to answer my calls and never return my calls. I understand that you are working, but it's impossible for me to believe you are in that many meetings to where I can never reach you.

I gave up 40 thousand dollars at closing And never got my covenants and by laws at closing they had me sign that I was under covenants but never gave me paperwork I closed August 2022 had a fence put up October 2022 just for HOA to tell me March 2023 that fence was not approved when I called to see why I never got my covenant they all pointed the finger at the realtor and the builder saying they should have given it to me I was told by the attorney they can’t help me because they also represent HOA and that would be conflict of interest I called the realtor and builder and they both said I should have gotten it at closing WOW but at the time of closing my money was not conflict of interest
