They made me feel so small. I asked questions about my case and they got visibly upset. I apologized. She said "You're fine" over and over until I left without answers. Then they sent the deed to the wrong address. It was returned to them because I spoke my address and they transcribed it wrong. Also they didn't send me the summary page for the E transfer return. This was one of the things I asked about and was told "You're fine". I thought I would shop local. I just can't believe how badly I was treated. Spent around $500.

Very disappointed. We met with them to create a will, and never heard back. I finally reached out and was told they would contact me soon - but that was a few years ago now. Needless to say we will not be coming back. Declining us would have been better than blowing us off.
