I have been getting emails and mail sent to my deceased grandmother and recently deceased father for some time - neither email exists or ever has existed (comes to my catch-all account). I also have been getting mail sent to my address in my father's name, yet my father never once lived at my residence. I called last week to get my email address (never signed up with them either) and the two others plus the mailing address removed, but today three more emails, none of which have ever been granted to Crain's to market to. This company SPAMs people and then cannot even get a simple direction like removing mailing and email addresses from their database.

Crain's does a great job of reporting on developments in Cleveland area business. Their website is beautiful and easy to read. Although, I'm beginning to think that I am not their target audience when I see ads in the print edition that say: "Are you an individual with $10 million dollars or more to invest?"
