Attorney Tomeo goes into detail about DUI defenses on his website, so I contacted him to represent me. From the very beginning I stressed wanting to fight for my innocence. He charged me 1,200$ and said it'd be more for a trial. His representation was very...lazy, to say the least. My case involved two breathalyzer results of 0.00, no driving, but sleeping while pulled into a trailer park entrance. So he made me remove him as my attorney after 6 months. Don't waste your time! He just wants to do the bare minimum, you might as well get a public defender.
