This firm was hired to handle the estate of my late husband. Nearly 2 years after his death, and a year after work was completed, a new employee called to say there was still some work that needed to be done. A few weeks later I received an email detailing the work they said was needed. It was all work that had been done, or did not need to be done, related to a trust that held only my home, nothing more. I immediately contacted them and ask them to stop all work and explained why. They agreed there was no further work to be done, then billed me for the time they took doing work that was totally unnecessary! The files should have contained notes regarding this, as the prior employee certainly was aware of this trust. We had discussed it thoroughly at our initial meeting with Susan Phillips and her paralegal. I'm very upset at their attitude and furious that I should be expected to pay for their error!

Hired them to work on my estate planning matters even though I got a bad feeling after meeting with them. Seems like a very depressing place where lawyers go to die. Was not impressed with either of the old timers I met with, and their work quality is poor despite their egos. Go elsewhere.
