I sent Mike an e-mail, to inquire if he represented drivers in Yakima County, and if so, how much the fee would be. I just want to say thank you so much Michael, Amazing service. Had great communication, responded within minuets and kept me updated on the court process. Got my traffic tickets brought down to dismissed . Cannot thank Mike enough from his help. Not just that he has a great personality and kind person.

Not sure if he behaves this way towards everyone or just because I am a woman, but spoke with a superiority that was condensending, was very dismissive of questions and concerns on multiple occasions. When I would ask questions regarding multiple hearing notices I had received, I sent emails with no response. And during a follow-up call to confirm whether in fact I was expected to make an appearance regarding a traffic infraction, he became verbally combative. Very bizarre experience. The conversations I had with him was very alarming, especially as I had already made a deposit for his services. In the end, I decided to send a notarized-notice of withdrawal via certified mail due to my experience with him, because it caused me to be concerned that this would result in negligence regarding my case.

Very fast fair and efficient I recommend him I feel he made very good progress in helping with traffic matters I give 5 stars. Outstanding job.
