Contacted and was told my case would be taken, September 5th. After reaching out to check in several times over the last month I finally talked to I'm guessing the lawyer and was told they don't accept those cases, October 9th. Great. Now my fees are 30 days late and twice as much because I was given false information and nothing was done. Terrible customer experience who does that! Hire people that know what services you offer or don't allow them to answer the phone.
