I called in asking for them to write a cease and desist letter. Spoke to the secretary who said she'd consult with them. Had a return call stating 'we don't handle these types of cases'. Referred me to the Bar Service. Ah hello. The NC Bar referred me to you. Good to know that they are lacking in the ability to not even be able to write a simple cease and desist. Guess their time is spent more and better on DWI's. nnLost me as a potential client. Forever. I might also add that I'm a business owner.

Very unprofessional!! Unreturned phone calls. Claims to be a civil litigator but apparently can't handle my civil case. Professionalism from the operator on was sub-standard....go to Wilmington!
