Laura at Triad Law Group answered all my questions, was very fast from when I got her the paperwork, it was only 31 days until we have the nightmare of a renter out. and was very affordable. I would refer to all my friends. If I had this Law group in Texas I may use them and save the trouble.

After a 40 year career in commercial-investment real estate and Past-President of three State Real Estate Associations and Board Member of the Washington State Commercial Association of Realtors, I needed help with my Mortgage lender granting a loan modification. I struggled for over two years submitting document upon document, over and over again, all to no avail. Chuck was supposed to represent us in a real-estate matter and didn't bother to file a single document with the court. As a result the real estate agent got his name removed from the suit. Mr. Greenberg did nothing for the $5280 dollars he got from us and refuse to refund even a portion of the money we gave him. The Bar Association and the attorney general of the state of Washington showed no interest in helping us. He is not a very honest man. Avoid doing business with Chuck Greenberg and the Triad Law Group
