Service seemed adequate from the start as recommended by a friend of a friend. What I found to be unacceptable was the lack of communication especially when paying £300-400 on account only to have this eaten up with work I have not asked them to do. An extra £400 was added to the account for a property survey in which I had already verbally given the results to the solicitor. When challenged I was offered a discount on the final stage payment. Deeply frustrated with the solicitor who was dealing with my case and would never recommend this practice to anyone. My recommendation would be to go somewhere else for legal advice instead of this practice.... you haven’t been charged for this either ????...!!
