We were never contacted back in a timely manner. Things we asked for fell upon deaf ears. We have asked repeatedly for an itemized bill or any bill and have yet to receive one. We lost our case due to lack of evidence submitted that was given to Troy months in advance. We were not notified of our hearing until 1-2 days prior to it, we were given the wrong date and than the correct date. We had zero time to prepare. Our final order that was signed on the 18th of May was NEVER sent to us. I had to call and ask for it. This attorney called my husband by the plaintiff’s last name in court numerous times. I have filed a complaint with the State bar due to unethical practices. I am posting this due to the fact that I have 3 times requested a bill today and still have not received one. (This does not include the 5-6 previous times an itemized bill was requested.) my next step will be to contact a real attorney.

Troy has served my family on both sides for many years. His knowledge of the law is beyond compare. I highly recommend calling him and getting a consultation, very few times that I have called attorneys or lawyers and actually gotten the proprietor of the establishment on the phone but when you call Troy Millikan you will get him to answer the phone and help you in any way that he possibly can. A more superb counselor I cannot think of!

Worst legal representation I have ever seen. Due to his negligence my husband not only lost his case he was held in contempt for Troy's lack of attention to the case. He was given documents for the case in a timely manner but did not send them to the other side for 3 months. When asked what happened he said, oh you didn't send them to them? WOWWWWWWWW just wow. Hang up the law hat, way past his prime for practicing law.

This man has helped me out so many times. He was very knowledgeable of the law and has a very kind heart. And a big plus for me he graduated from UGA. Go dawgs ????????
