I called on the Tucker Law Firm today and the personal attention given to me and the issue I called about was nothing less than Fantastic! I have had some experience with lawyers in the past and really never cared to review them. However, the devotion to the client (me) was second to none. I have a renewed faith that all lawyers are not the same! There are some excellent ones out there and I found one! If you need a lawyer that is in it for more than just to bill you, then take some good advice and call on this firm! Fantastic and Awesome all rolled into one!

I called Tucker Law Firm and immediately they begin to work on my case. Their service was nothing more but expectional ! They were very easy to work with and made our case easier to handle. Be careful when hiring this firm. Very unprofessional and unacceptable behavior of the attorney who handled my case. I had to fight for months for a copy of my file and when I finally got it there was nothing in it except paperwork I gave them. I asked for proof that my case was worked because I had doubts and they could not provide that.They could not complete the task i hired them for. I had issues from day one with this firm and would not recommend to anyone. Do your homework before hiring. They have no clue how to do family law.

I was overwhelmed and immediately filled with stress before I found Tucker Law Firm. Late 2016, 3AM, I couldn't sleep and didn't know which direction I should go. I received a phone call no parent want to receive. My child was arrested and needed an attorney. Considering, I'm hundreds of miles away with no legal contacts in Georgia. Needless to say, I googled law firms in the greater Atlanta area. My search resulted in Tucker Law Firm at the top of list. It's now 5AM my gut feeling says call. I called and left a message. He spent time with me on the phone, listened to everything I had to say, and, at a time when I was feeling pretty vulnerable and helpless, He made me comfortable and didn't come off as an ambulance chaser. Come to find out he is a managing partner. I was very impressed that a managing partner called potential clients especially that early in the morning.He later that day and a couple of days afterwards consulted with me apprising me of my child's status. He went the extra mile. Being out of state he considered my situation and told me he had an experienced former federal prosecutor who is familiar with cases like mine and has a lot of experience with the court and at trial and would be the best equipped to handle my case. I agreed and hired Tucker Law Firm. He was already up to speed on my situation when we spoke again, he gave me several options, e.g. the diversion program and we discussed the next few moves. He met with my child soon afterwards and explained the lay of the land. Thereafter, the amount of time Tucker Law firm spent with child on my case made me feel like I was his most important client. His instructions were precise and practical. He never promised me Leprechauns and rainbows with a pot of gold. Nor did he ever rest on his laurels. He gave me objective advice and told me what I should expect. Sometimes the truth can seem a little cold, or at least, is not what one thinks they need to hear. He tempered my expectations with reality and adjusted my child's course at a time when it was necessary. I carefully followed everything that went on about the diversion program and tried to absorb as much information as I could to support my child in seeing this process through. Truth be told, I panicked frequently during the process and often made sure my child called he several times. After crying and worrying countless nights my child's future was no longer in danger due to an innocent thoughtless mistake. With the help of him and Tucker Law Firm my child was able to finish college and successfully gain employment. Cases like mine and many others need attorneys to make things right and not have the judicial system overcorrect offenses with prejudice.
