My two supervisors at this firm spent thirty minutes berating me into abandoning all of my legal rights in a defamation case. They never even bothered to look at the defamatory statements. Because they had coerced me into abandoning legal processes, the matter escalated to the point of UF Dean Rachel Inman blackmailing me nearly to death. All this could have been avoided if the firm had acted ethically and diligently before giving me legal advice.

I'll preface this by saying typically I'm not easily impressed. Peg O'Connor however thoroughly impressed me at every step of the way through our process. She was very communicative, extremely thorough, went above and beyond at any opportunity, and negotiated a result far better than we had even hoped for as a best case scenario... And for far too little money in my opinion considering the performance we received. Would give 6 stars if I could.
