The truth must be told I do not recommend this law firm! Mr. James Turner was in charge of resolving a legal problem with my apartment building. I was waiting for him almost three years He almost never answered my calls or emails. Finally, he resigned from the case, which another law firm resolved in 8 months.

Great Law Firm! They are very swift handing paperwork! They process paperwork and mail it out very quickly! They keep track of when and what was sent/received and so forth flawlessly, to the point where you can truly rely on their record keeping. The Attorneys answer any questions you may have in a courteous manner and you can even get an Attorney on the phone the same day! You are in good hands with Turner & O'Connell! I highly recommend their firm!

Absolutely Terrible. Trying to obtain POA for my recently disabled mother in law so we can pay her bills and mortgage in hopes that she can overcome a brain aneurysm while her daughter (my wife) is in her third trimester for our third child. Was told if we retain, we would be in front of a judge within a month. Two & a half months later, neither the secretary nor Mr. Turner returns our phone calls or emails. He gets in touch with us every few weeks when he needs something. Still waiting on a court date then today he precedes to tell her she needs to complete background check which should have been completed in April around the time we spent the $500 to retain Mr. Turner. Our employer told us to get in touch with this firm through our Employee Assistance Program. I’m going to reach out to them also to assure they do not send anymore federal employees to this firm for help.

Very nice and not pretentious. Very good, handled all of our issues without any problems. Very accommodating and patient. Everyone there is extremely friendly. Definitely recommend without hesitation. Not like the stuffiness and dollar sign eyes of most attorney's practices.

Mr. Turner is very helpful in explaining what will be happening during proceedings. He is also very prompt in returning phone calls and answering the questions that you need answered. Also, pat at the front desk, is very friendly and helps out with any questions you have as well!
