U.S. Patent & Trademark Office

Reviews

Is home to the Patent and Trademark office with a small, but very interesting and free patent and trademark museum in the lobby. You must have a photo ID and a PTO staff escort to get into the office buildings. A large pay parking lot is adjacent to the main PTO building and the King Street Metro is about a 10 minute walk.
Parking was close. A beautiful building. The museum inside is fantastic.
It's a great campus with a lot of amenities for visitors and employees alike. The inventor hall of fame is pretty nice as is the GIPA area.
As a consultant I have had the opportunity to visit a significant number of government buildings. The USPTO office complex is by far the most accessible, green, and natural light washed of them all. The building is clean and airy and they even have multiple on site bodegas and a fitness gym with showrrs (for cheap!)
Huge vast complex with paid parking, upscale shops and a fancy cafeteria with good food.
