Uber has extremely dangerous drivers. Case in point, this guy nearly took out myself and another driver doing 85mph in a 55. White 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe, big Uber decal on windshield, male driver, Georgia tag RIZ 1272. Happened on new I-75 Northwest Expressway. I've got HD 60fps video to back it up as well.. I will not use this service again. These crackheads are a giant liability!

So they pair up me twice with a driver who never bothered to show up, cancelled on me twice and I got charged twice for that. Prior to that, the first driver drove past my spot and would not bother to respond to any of my calls or messages. Mind you the ride was $2.05, tell me how with all the cancellations I ended up with $6 +$6+ $3.50 over what the initial fees were. Don't even bother messaging customer service you won't get no response. I have the screenshots of everything I am telling you guys about Edited to add: 3hrs later, my request hasn't been acknowledged nor handled. Am I supposed to just sit back and and eat that $15.50 worth of cancellation fee that I am not responsible for?

If you drive for Uber, and purchase a new vehicle, don't expect to use it on Uber for months. Or if the app crashes, it will dump all your approved documents. The support in India wants to help resolve the issues, but never can. The maps Uber uses are full of errors that leave you embarrassed navigating to a wrong location. The maps also display [ROUTING] INSTEAD of showing destination. The app is an abysmal data hog, so expect your cell bill to triple or more. When you are truly off course, put the destination into Google Maps. It doesn't swap between the Uber app and Google maps, and your cell phone or tablet will need to be restarted every one or two trips. Uber doesn't really care about your rating, except to weed out poor drivers.

I been trying to drive for Uber for a few months now. Now for the past two weeks I been trying to clear up a issue. A computer glitch on their part is saying I have multiple accounts however they know I do not. They have told me this. They have told me it’s a computer glitch. But they have to keep escalating it to a different department to fix this issue. I called on the 26th of May and was told it would be 3-5 days. Now today I am being told it will be another 3-5 days AFTER the person before the “supervisor “ I spoke to told me this is easy, I see you been calling this issue is our fault. It can be fixed in 15-20 minutes. Now I am back back to waiting again for 3-5 days. I am really trying here to make extra money to pay my bills and not be homeless. And this keeps putting me behind. I don’t understand how hard it is to fix a problem they created. I work in customer service. If I made a guest wait 2 weeks or longer to fix a issue we made. I don’t think I would even have my job. This is unacceptable. Not to mention I literally have to use Uber. So they are getting so much money off me. This is just not fair.

Worst CS. I have AmEx and signed up for Uber Eats in August of 2021. Uber Eats was supposed to be complimentary for AmEx customers. However, they charged me 9.99 per month in August, Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb. I've since contacted CS and asked for refund. They refunded 1 month, and closed my Uber One account. They still owe me for the other months, and I want my Uber One account restored. They then said they were bringing another team in to figure it out, and would get back to me. After 3 weeks, nothing. I attempted to reply to the ticket, but they have archived it and forced me to open a new ticket. Their canned response is how signups for complimentary uber one for amex ended on December 21. How many times do I have to tell them I signed up in August of 21, well ahead of the deadline!!
