This positive review is for the amazing work and support we received from Rebeca Diaz (Legal Assistant) and Marilyn Bernardo (Supervising Paralegal). Them two (and Wendy Penaloza, Paralegal who we initially met with back in 2017) deserve 5 stars 100% for helping us with our green card case. Happy to share that last week I was approved for my green card and I am now a U.S. Resident. I couldn't be happier. Their attention to my case especially during the interview process meant a lot to us. I wish them the best of luck in their legal career and I hope they become attorneys one day. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars to the actual firm is because there's always room for improvement. In our case, we met the actual attorney Sanjay only once and it was right before our visa interview. All the other times prior we met with the legal assistant or paralegal handling our case. At that point it didn't feel like he knew our case that well, the meeting felt rushed, and then we just met with the legal assistant Rebeca for the remainder of the meeting to prepare for the visa interview, she did know our case well, but he seemed confident it would all work out and it did. I thank him regardless. His staff did a wonderful job. They have bright futures. Nonetheless, thank you U.S. Law Center for your assistance with our immigration case. In the end it was a success. After years of long wait my family finally got their immigration case granted, our family will remain together and they will get their green card. Thank you to US Law Center and Attorney Sanjay Sobti and all of their team. I will share with all my friends and family.

Mr Sanjay Sobti worked on my case for the last 12 years and finally won after filing and endless about of docs with BIA. I have nothing but great things to say about him. He helped lots of friends reopening theirs cases and bringing them back from deportation. Filing motions to vacate and winning then filling motions to reopen with immigration then getting them their greenCard back then filling a successful 212c waiver to finally become a US citizen. Patience this does not happen in 6 months It takes years but it happens. You need a heavy weight fighter like Sanjay Sobti fighting for you. Give him the room and time and you will win your case.

believe the bad reviews, they are the 100% truth, unlike the fabricated 5star reviews. I can honestly say that I retained this law firm almost a decade ago, that's right almost 10yrs! Over the years they've even asked for additional money, even though it was never specified in the initial contract and sadly the case is still "pending" after all this time, which is unheard of. Initially I met with Sanjay in person and fell for his scam to quickly collect and absolutely no updates since. They profit off their client's desperation and will screw you without shame. Not only that, but the staff has changed so many times over the years I lost track. In the extremely rare instance that you get a callback, consider yourself lucky. Whenever I call, nobody ever knows what's going on, and as confirmed by now ex-employees, they're very overloaded, overworked and underpaid, so of course paralegals have no incentive to get things done. Not to mention how they filed wrong motions or the mistakes they made countless times without any sort of accountability. This has been the worst interaction with any law firm I've ever had. If you've been wronged the same way, thumbs up this review so others can see it.

This law firm helped me get my work permit I went with Vanessa i would recommend her and this place every case is different but with my work permit she worked on it really fast and got a response really fast. she answers every call and is very informative with any question you have.
