Sarah Larson and her revolving door of assistants made our experience a complete nightmare. What we were told would be an easy open-shut case dragged out to over a year battle of missed deadlines and incorrect paperwork. In the end we ended up losing an important piece of credit history due to her negligence. She was constantly unprepared and fed us lies to cover her mistakes. If I could go back in time I would have gone off my gut instincts and chose someone else to represent us. We didn't meet her until we were at the door of the mediator. That was also the first time she looked at our file and realized what a mess she had on her hands due to the timing of the submitting the case. Had she actually been working for her money should could have advised us but instead she fully relied on her inexperienced assistants to do all of her work for her. I'm not even sure if Sarah is or this office is still open but if she is there go elsewhere! There apologies do nothing for us now that our credit scores have been unnecessarily tanked. If they were really sorry for the mishandling of our case they would have refunded our money.

Don't do it!!! They are horrible! At the meeting of creditors the attorney showed up 15 minutes late. There was no time for coaching and I had no idea what to expect. When it was over, she turns to me and starts telling me everything I did/said wrong. Those mistakes not only cost me thousands but YEARS before the case could be close. Other than that you never speak with the attorney. Her staff will answer your questions and handle your case, IF you can get them to return your email or answer the phone.They will give inaccurate information, which changes with the wind. When they make a mistake, your bill goes up. They make you sign paperwork stating you'll be honest and disclose everything. Then they will ask you to do the opposite. When you stick to the full disclosure side of the line and, you know?NOT breaking the law, they get upset with you for making them do more paperwork. As if bankruptcy isn't stressful enough and these guys have you backed right into a corner. What a nightmare! Last - many of the positive review here are actually written by staff.
