Kacy puts the child first. She doesn't just look at allegations, she looks also at mental health, police records, substance abuse and corroborative evidence. Gender, ethnicity and income dont matter to her. She's also not afraid to go against wishes of both parties, when determining safety and well being of the child. I highly recommend.

They have a tendency to be manipulated, or do not care and take bias or the side of the neglecting, abusive side. You should be concerned if you or your kids have to rely on them. I agree with the sentiment that they are not qualified.

I'm very appreciative to Miss Borlik for everything she did to stand up for what's in the best interests of my children at the protective order hearing.
