Had to deal with these people because of a personal guarantor situation on a lease that was hijacked by another company. Extremely rude, and continuously argued about the semantics of "closed lease" status when they don't take responsibility of providing confirmation in writing or speaking on behalf of the company they're collecting for. They get a real kick of talking to you like you're an idiot.

This place sucks horribly. After months of call after call they trfuse to stop calling me. At least 5-7 times a week I requested over and over that they stop calling and they refuse to stop.

This place has been calling me, non stop, asking for some Dahlia something or another, and have told them, several times, to stop calling me and they have "taken me off the calling list", but they haven't. Yet aging I received 2 calls from them today. Answered the second call, only for no one to say anything. Called back, googled the name in the prompt message they have, and some guy answered and hung up on me as soon as I started to speak. Blocked the number and a different number called immediately. Called the new number back and it was this same place, but a lady answered and asked who I was. Tired of these calls constantly.

Horrible company they lie and need to be investigated. They lie about there hours and need to just go out of business for good.

If you get a call from them claiming that you owe student loans. HANG UP!!!! And contact FedLoans, the FTC, and BBB. These people are liars and trying to steal you money. FedLoans, Sallie Mae, Nelnet, and many other have never heard of these people.
