In my experience with Mrs. Harvey (originally Jones when she acted as my attorney, Harvey is her married name), she has a tendency to take what may be happening in your life and in your case, personally. There was a point in which I actually questioned whether or not she was secretly working with the other side, this is how much contempt she seemed to show for me as her client. However, I gave her two stars because during our consultation, where we discussed fees and I paid my retainer, she was very friendly and seemed to be able to relate to the facts of my case. She was also willing to negotiate the retainer with me, after understanding the unique circumstances surrounding my case.

She was amazing. Every time I had a question or even a call she was right on everything. Never gives up without a fight . I will be back to you soon ????????

Worked with Mrs. Harvey VERY briefly perhaps 2 days to be exact. I was experiencing a custody emergency during my military duty. She charged a retainer of over $700, which wasn't too alarming as I believe that we get what we pay for. Her assistant answered my calls twice, to consult and for payment. After payment however, I spoke with Mrs. Harvey one time!!! My time was brief because of the trouble it took to receive correspondence even through email. I would call about a topic, leave a vm, then shoot her an email about the same topic. When I contacted her to cancel, again no answer so I had to do so via email. She kept the entire retainer fee which I was told would be given back, minus the work done. THE BREAKDOWN OF CHARGES WAS RIDICULOUS. $4 for responding to an email, $70 for listening to a voicemail left on her machine and so on down to the exact dollar paid!!! What's sad is that I chose her because she seemed relatable in her bio, and my law associates were too consumed with other cases. I've been ok with it all as I know that we live and we learn. It's been a year and I thought, maybe I could save someone else from making the same mistake. Hope this helps.
