Can't say enough great things about Randall and his team of professionals. I was in a situation where I needed to quickly assess my mother's estate and how to protect it from getting absorbed by the state. I am her Power Of Attorney and Executor of her estate, and as many of you may know, that is oftentimes a very pressure filled position. All the details aren't important, but the take away was that my phone consultation with Randall gave me all the vital information, and exact steps to take, so that I could legally avoid a catastrophic loss of all the equity in my mom's home. Randall was so great on the phone, too. Very polite and respectful and never condescending. Asked some very pertinent questions (most of which I would have never thought of), and gave me not just the important steps to take to save her estate, but also gave wise council about how to navigate the possible "minefield" of certain scenarios that could arise from siblings and all the issues that can come up as we get to this stage in life. All in all, his professionalism, vast knowledge, and bedside manner, all put together, make him an invaluable resource in regards to Estate Law. I found him by doing a google search and reading all the rave reviews. So I thought I'd take the plunge and I am SO glad I did!! My wife and I had an old trust that was created 25 years ago and had trustees who were no longer appropriate to serve.
