Please do your due diligence before using their services. The settlement check was stolen from within their office, and they blatantly lied until a federal investigation revealed the truth. Spent months being given the run around for a stolen check. I have recommended people of color to this firm and it is apparent that they treat people of color different. Cases were won, despite incompetent lawyer. However, the settlement money was stolen or never given out to clients. No communication or follow up received almost one year after. Also note you will do more work on your end for your case as they are not interested. I regret recommending to others or using their services. Run! All the people I recommended including my partner were sorely disappointed. If you are a person of color, seek representation elsewhere. I implore you to think closely on if you need this level of incompetence or disrespect.

We had SEVERAL questions regarding an easement on a property we were in the process of buying. Days away from signing the closing documents and we started to feel like we might be making a bad financial decision. We spoke with Dexter and he was able to give us an abundance of information to not only help us better understand the easement, but next steps we should do before signing to make sure everything was good. Having little to no experience with a damage /claims attorney, my perspective is limited. However, I appreciated Tyler's ability to work with me, present information with clarity, and do his best to work toward settlement. We are able to move forward from our case due to his work. I feel as though my representation by Stephanie M. was inadequate. During the “zoom” mediation she had little to say, making insufficient impact. Her closing statement was weak, & she used no verbiage that she had used in the consult when agreeing with me. I was very disappointed then. Followed by complete frustration upon receiving a statement for an additional substantial UNEXPECTED amount. When I called with frustration, the receptionist offered to read an itemized bill that included a “follow up” email I was charged for. That follow up email was about a sentence long, where Stephanie admits she did not feel good about the mediation. We lost our plea. And the authorities responsible for the ruling waited until late in the final day they had to respond. I emailed her earlier in that day making a statement that we should have asked for a “by when”. She NEVER responded. Just a large bill ONE MONTH LATER. I paid the additional fee but I do not recommend using Stephanie’s services, I could have been just as effective or ineffective for that matter on my own.
