Ms. Trusik was able to find and build upon the smallest of middle ground, allowing us to settle without the lengthy courtroom battle that seemed unavoidable. She kept me informed of progress and any changes, was very straight forward about what to expect, always responsive and patient, was in no way intimidated by the task at hand, and firmly stood her ground every time it was challenged. Maybe just another day at the office for her, but a miracle of sorts for me.
