Mr.Vargas handled Two of my cases and they were both great experiences. Him and his great team had great communication skills in explaining the process to us and the next steps. When there would be bumps in the cases Mr. Vargas and his team always found a way to smooth out the process. Honestly they were great in all aspects communication, customer service, hospitality and generosity. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a good personal injury attorney. My experience with this law firm was highly unsatisfactory. I was involved in a No Fault accident where I was rear-ended, and the case initially appeared clear-cut. However, it turned out that the person responsible for the accident had no insurance, resulting in me receiving only the minimum insurance payout. Regrettably, Mr. Vargas did not show interest in pursuing the individual's private assets to secure compensation for my pain and suffering. Furthermore, I found myself consistently initiating contact and inquiries about the case's progress. Each time I attempted to speak with Mr. Vargas, I was informed that he was in court, forcing me to resort to email correspondence and wait for his responses. After some time, I was assigned another lawyer from his firm who seemed uninformed about my case, requiring me to provide a detailed explanation of the entire situation, which I found quite absurd. Following this experience, Mr. Vargas resumed handling my case. I had clearly communicated my preference to deal exclusively with Mr. Vargas as my point of contact within their firm. In summary, my overall experience with this law firm was nothing but a hassle. Despite the impressive appearance of their offices, the service they provided was far from impressive. While their staff was friendly and helpful, I did not require that level of support. I am extremely dissatisfied with the outcome of my case. In my opinion, considering the amount of work Mr. Vargas performed, he did not deserve 1/3 of the compensation I received from my insurance company. Furthermore, Mr. Vargas billed separately for miscellaneous expenses, significantly reducing the final amount I received. It is imperative to exercise caution when signing the contract and avoid agreeing to additional miscellaneous costs; Mr. Vargas should have received only 1/3 of the reward.

After looking for an Attorney that would take my case and being rejected numerous times, I found the Law Offices of Fernando D. Vargas, and am so thankful to them for taking my case, they are so helpful and knowledgeable, they never once disappointed me, Mr. Vargas personally called me whenever there were any new developments on my case, who does that??? Mr. Vargas does, everyone of the wonderful members of his staff that I talked to are just so nice and caring and shownreal concern, Thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart, thank you!!!!

This attorney office is a nightmare. I have no idea how they got all the bad reviews removed from their listing. When I was looking for an attorney, the office didn’t have bad reviews, then six months after them doing absolutely nothing, I checked reviews again to understand why I retained Fernando. They had at least six recent bad views stating exactly what I have been going through. I was rear ended by a guy that was talking on his phone. It caused $6k in damage and $6k in medical bills. This attorney did nothing for over a year. I had to call them bi-weekly to get the case moving. After all said and done, he calls me and tells me he can only get me $2k after all said is done. Doesn’t cover damages, but it does pay him and his doctors he uses. Then he tells me to buzz off and he’ll file a motion with the court to remove himself from representing me. But he refuses to release all interest in the case so I can’t get another attorney. DO NOT SIGN WITH THIS ATTORNEY! Do your research, you’ll find other bad reviews that he couldn’t get deleted. BEWARE, GO FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOW LIFE ATTORNEY.
