Vera Law Office

If I could give Maria Vera's Law Office a zero star rating I would. Please save yourself the headache and take your money somewhere else. There are plenty of attorneys that will get you a better result than what this attorney got me. Maria Vera was in charge of a custody case for my son and neglected it so much that the case was dismissed. She will not own up to the fact that she dropped the ball on my case but will sure pocket all the money she claims to have "earned". Also it is important to note that she almost missed a hearing date until I called to notify her about it. She claims not to use email as much since she "doesn't work like that" (her words not mine) but these county/district court cases send confirmations/notices via email, hence why she didn't realize my case was set for a hearing date. She will also act against the clients wishes/requests and will file documents even if you request not to have them filed anymore. Very unprofessional and rude.

I had a terrible experience with this attorney she almost missed my court the only reason that she came was because I called her office asking where she was at and even then she was rude and did not respect my wishes when I asked her to please not file a certain document in my child custody case she went against my wishes and when I tried to talk to her about it she got so annoyed with me she slammed the door on me very rude very unprofessional! Save your money time and a headache go somewhere else!

Maria is the attorney to go to if you want somebody that will go to bat for you. I’ve known Maria since Law School and she’s always been a fighter for the underdog. She has always worked her tail off to succeed and to help those people in need. I highly recommend her for your legal needs!

She has clients waiting to be attended while shes picking up phone calls and we come by appt so far not to great. The introduction to a firm is important
