So unproffessional promise you that they are there to help you but they are not I meet with Mr.Palcios once and he said that Bruce would help me with the paperwork for court ,he said it would be better that way because if he would take on the case I wouldn't get much and he wanted me to keep some of it that's why he referred me to Bruce .Bottom line when I would call Bruce it was always something wrong with this person always things happening g to him which in the beginning I believed him and in some cases I would pray for him but after a while it got tiring it was always something one day he said he was going to pass by my house to sign paperwork at 7 PM stood me up never showed up no call I called it went to voice mail once again I normally dont ever do this but it's not nice to treat me like this I would of had more respect for him if he would of said I dont have time at night now find someone else ,I feel Mr.Palcios should know this after all he refereed me to him ,I called Mr.Palacios office and the young lady there after a couple a calls I made she tells me Bruce has nothing to do with the office Mr.palacios office that I'm not a client currently so he was doing a courtesy for me and Bruce I'm questing but we are all adults and supposedly professionals we should not refer people like that ,worst part about everything is when I called the office the young lady already knows I'm calling cause Bruce never called me back and she tells me I'm sorry I already told Bruce to call you and he says he did but you dont answer ,which is very upsetting cause now his telling them that making me look bad ,why this isn't nice at all to treat me like this making me feel like this all because he isn't being professional at all if you dont have time than dont say you'll do something when you dont
