Do your self a favor, stay away from this office. I have had a number of experiences with them and each one turned out terrible. Wheather it is a construction contract, escrow agrement, or simple RE closing- it's WRONG. I'm currently in litagation now due to a construction contract poorly written!! It has cost me time, money and ageny. Please stay away.

I was given Kirk Vogel name for a Bankruptcy case being held there in Roanoke. I have spoke two him twice on the phone within the last three months and he has always been the most respectful and helpful as he could be even though he was not familiar with my case. For me and my mother I wanted to say thank you and that we appreciate you talking with us to at least give us some direction and as much peace of mind as we could have.
