DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE EXPECTING GOOD SERVICE!!!! Should have been a VERY easily solved problem. Instead the owners handled this with disrespect and childish behavior. We simply asked kindly to change the design of the polka dots to how they are in the photograph (I know… sounds pretty hard). In response they said that she would be charged extra for fixing it and continued with the service??? There was no communication or notification that this was a “rule” here. We would have greatly appreciated a refund ($70) or at least to come back to take them off for free. I called not long ago to ask about their refund policy and was shocked at the treatment I received over the phone. Very VERY unprofessional and childish in my opinion. As someone who also works in the service department I was appalled at the tone and attitude I heard. This is the first time I’ve ever had to write a bad review and I’ve had my fair share of unprofessional management but, this was by FAR the worst. Seeing that my sister was not the only one to experience this bad treatment made my heart sink. I’m just hoping to steer away anyone who is looking for a quality nail place so you don't have to experience this too
I was able to get a same day appointment for a pedicure at a standard price. I made an appointment a head I'd time and was attended to as soon as I came in. I found the staff efficient and pleasant. There were a couple of walk-ins who they welcomed and provided requested service. I will return to this business.
Wow so impressive! Open late great for after work when you get off late! They are perfectionist they take their time an do quality work here I would give 10 stars so nice. My #1. Pedi spot from now on?????

Very accommodating and clean. I did get an acrylic pedicure with a glow color, which is fairly expensive ($85). There was no glow and no resolution or customer service offered to fix the problem other than call the manufacturer of the product.
