W. Donald Bolton, Jr., P.C.

I recently call for a quick question about retaining a attorney for a paternity case. His secretary put me in hold to ask Mr Bolton. After she returned to the phone he all the sudden wasn't in and required a $250.00 fee to respond. If this is the kind of treatment he gives for a potential client. I hate to see what he's like once he gets your money.

Seven months and nearly $10k with W. Donald Bolton and didn't even get to mediation in my divorce case. I fired him and filed a complaint with the Alabama State Bar. Obviously I can not recommend him.

He owes me 9000$ he is a very awful human being. And if he paid it back it would be the best money he ever spent. But he will not. He has no morales. The man is depraved and would not spend 10$ to save the life of an infant u less it paid the retainer fee first. Run. He wants you to lose.

Great man and amazing lawyer! We got even better results than we could have hoped for and suggest him to anyone we know who needs an attorney.

Nice enough gentleman, but after paying up front I could barely get his office to communicate with me, let alone get anything started on my behalf (despite my repeated pleading for them to do so). After nearly three months and absolutely no progress, I ceased using his services and hired another lawyer who immediately and aggressively got started on my behalf. He kept my money. I hate leaving bad reviews, but going with this firm first cost me much time and money that was desperately needed elsewhere.
