There's absolutely no words to describe Miss Lois professionalism. Not only does she know how the law works but she also gives advice on a human level. She is incompetent and unprofessional. Provided very little detail and guidance about the divorce process. She started to talk as if she was representing my ex-husband. Did not negotiate any settlement on my behalf and sat there throughout the mediation and allowed the mediator to make all the decisions. I could have represented myself and done a better job.
