After receiving a ticket when I hit another vehicle from behind (it was very light with almost no damage to the other vehicle and no medical claims) I was recommended Jon to handle my ticket. He was very professional and answered all my questions and made me feel he was competent and confident to handle my case. About a month later, my ticket gets dismissed. Amazing! This was my first experience with them and I'll make sure to come back if I have another ticket!

I recently hired Mr. Schwartz for a traffic ticket. I first called another firm and spoke to a receptionist, who quoted an outlandish fee. I immediately hung up and called Mr. Schwartz, who personally took care of my case and sent all the paperwork over to me immediately. Each time I wrote him, he sent me a confirmation that he received my communication. The case was dismissed in court, and I paid less than I would have at the other firm. Mr Schrwartz has been in practice for over 20 years, is courteous and professional, and I would 100% recommend this firm over anyone else in Miami.

Been using them for years. Always great and get me off with out any points. I don't get a lot of tickets but when I do the next day I call Troy & Schwartz.

John has consistently dismissed all my speeding, red light camera tickets, and other nonsense tickets that these hack cops have written me. I'm from NYC and I am shocked and the Bullshit the cops in Florida get away with. In addition, the justice system is set up so you have to hire attorneys to represent yourself. Twisting my arm to pay an attorney isnt justice, is called blackmail. Thanks to Mr. Schwartz non of their tickets hAve stuck. I am on my way now to go get some evidence so he can use it my upcoming court case. If you're tired of paying police and the system, then Troy & Schwartz!
