I had an issue that was concerning me very much. I found Mr. Reaves on the internet. I called his office and asked to speak with him. His assistant was very nice and put my call thru to him. I explained to him my situation and concerns. After talking to him at length, I felt a lot of relief from my concerns. I offered to compensate him for his time, however: he declined my offer.
