I hired Walter to help me with a partition action in May or June of 2022. I had no money to spare and it was a huge risk on his part to take me on as a client as the house involved in the action was at risk of being foreclosed on. So at risk to himself he took my case on and fought for a year for me, going threw every obstacle and delay caused by the other side of the case. He did an amazing job for me and was always upfront about everything, I couldn't have asked for better representation and patience from him. In the end I got more than I had originally expected and he actually took a loss in payment from our payment arrangement as opposed to if he had charged me hourly. He knows what he's doing and I couldn't have asked for better. I'll definitely go back to him if I ever need representation again and I highly recommend him to anyone who wants a hard working attorney that will be upfront and fight for you. I can finally get my life back in order because of all his hard effort and I'll be forever grateful.

I referred a group of tenants who were constructively evicted to Walter. Without Walter’s or the other tenant’s knowledge, one tenant cut a side deal and settled with the landlord. Walter had to withdraw because that settlement was adverse to the joint representation. Everyone was upset with the tenant who cut the side deal. I believe the negative reviews may be attributable to them. I’ve known Walter for years, he’s a solid guy who handles his business well.

Walter helped me with a real estate issue. It was an emergency and he was able to get things done on time, quickly and efficiently. Walter was a pleasure to do business with. I can't recommend him enough.
