This office will do everything they can to only take your money. They aren’t here to help you. I had high hopes in this office. However, I paid $5,000 to open a case. One year passed and I had very little to no communication with the office about my case. Next, they constantly confused my case with another in a different city because we had the same first name. Therefore I would be sent wrong information through email. After the year of no progress I closed my case hoping to get back at least half the retainer fee. Instead, the office has taken 5 months of little to no communication back to me about the issue. Finally, they send a “pre-bill” and charged me for every single email I sent and received. I had 2 meetings with the paralegal. And one with my actual attorney. Any other information was through emails only. And it was like pulling teeth to get any information. Due to the lack of communication I am currently an addition $400 in debt to them and saw absolutely no results. There are more charges to come.

I’m impressed with this law firm, they are all so selfless and really care. I was HARD to work with in the beginning, I was so worried and constantly bothered them but they always were reassuring! They truly treat you like family and will do their best to get your case won! Ms. Gail is so kind hearted, and Travis and Raquel are great!
