This place actually does have potential. They make tugboats. On a professional level they have what you need for ppe and follow osha guidelines. However These people should be using solid wire, not fluxcore. Also, they should do a first class weld test day of the interview to save time and a headache. I got hired thinking I'd be doing just fillet welds. But knowing half bevel 1/2" steel welding with fluxcore is a must. Great location, beautiful view.

A good place to work and learn a trade. Competitive pay, at a great location.
