Service does not go through buildings at all. Went to return phone and they said we only refund the phones and not the service. Phones are free with service so they basically don't do refunds. Beware of the bad service before switching and the owner of the Marion dealers will not make the customer happy. My phone is known for getting bad reception and they wouldn't exchange my phone for another one either. Terrible service
