The three stars are for the only two upstanding judges there, Crawford and Nelson. I truly feel sorry for the represented injured workers whom don't understand the reason why you there so long is because everyone knows everyone and the attorneys there sit around and joke, go out for coffee and lunch while the poor injured worker is sitting there for so many hours wondering what's going on. Applicant attorneys do not make money to go to court and so they avoid it as much as possible which is why the insurance company does whatever it wants because only the defense attorney get's paid to show up while the applicant attorney makes money at the end of the case. Labor Laws are easy and I would recommend you represent yourself. IA Officers are a joke just read the law for yourself.

Workers Compensation is a joke. An absolute farce. The deck is stacked and you will lose what should have been already rightfully yours. Typical government involvement with big business as its priority.

I'm being generous with the one star, the entire system is corrupt, completely bought by the insurance companies, sold out by our CA politicians. Also the rooms dingy and 1/2 the chairs that are for the general public are what you'd haul out to the trash.

Slow long wait

Laws need to change to help the people who don't have attorneys Galager Bassett has to much power and the people don't have any power. It takes a year to get prescriptions filled THAT'S TO long.
