If you are considering working here, don't. It is quite possibly the worst possible place a person could work. They treat people like absolute garbage here, they have an extremely high turn over rate, because they have screwed over half of Rochester, and now it's impossible to find someone who would willingly go back there and work for them. They have the "Verizon Project", and it's horrible because you have to deal with super crappy management, AND with Verizon customers, who demand the world, because they pay the most of cell service. It's literally a lose-lose no matter which way you look at it. The biggest benefit of working here, is that you get a paycheck, and that is literally it. You WILL be signing yourself up for hell. Don't do it.
