Definitely would recommend Mr Timothy. He was awesome! Very down to earth and knowledgeable. He explained the whole process and got us in and out of the court building. I give him 5 stars!

I never agreed to remove my initial review from 2019 on Timothy Wedeen and didn’t do so myself; therefore one can only speculate as to how it was removed (allegedly). Hence, why I’m here leaving yet another; 1 star review based upon my experience with Timothy Wedeen dating back to now 4 years ago and only doing so because I am continuously being contacted by Timothy Wedeen via: e-mail and even went as far as looking me up on my personal Facebook and contacting me there as well in pursuit of demanding that I remove the review from during the unfortunate time that I retained him and about his practice because it’s in his words verbatim, “Libelous.” However, I will not be silenced by legal jargon, threats upon threats of legal actions towards/against me and overall “Warnings.” All of which I have proof of. I know my rights and my ability to express myself freely and that’s constitutional. This review, is based upon 100% factual-facts of his one-sided dialogue amongst himself because I have not nor will I respond to a single outreach of communication from him because I owe him nothing. Therefore, I will conclude my updated; review on this final, note and in the words of Timothy Wedeen “Please be guided accordingly,” before thinking about retaining Timothy Wedeen. In conclusion, I want to publicly note that I will be removing my Yelp review (as per Timothy Wedeen’s threats of legal action towards me) on Tuesday, March 7th, 2023 at 9:43AM and replacing it with this review. *If Timothy Wedeen or anyone else affiliated with him continue to contact me any further via: review response, e-mail and/or through any personal social media platform; I, will then proceed with taking legal action against any/all of the above*
