I highly recommend Capstone they are very professional and answer any questions you have. When I filed bankruptcy and had to do the creditor meeting he was there just for me when other companies bundle there clients together. They have amazing customer service. I recommend them to anyone I know who have to go through the same process.

I had filed back in early months of 2016. They helped me through the entire thing. I was so distraught I couldn't remeber anything. They sent me a list I checked off and sent them the info. They told me exactly what to do and what to expect. They held my hand completely. nOnce filing was completed to this day they always answer questions. I could not remember where I put the paperwork from 2 years ago, called and the receptionist sent it to me via email in minutes. These guys do their job completely and make sure that they do. nMy husband used another attourney and they don't return calls. They haven't got some creditors to stop reporting or sending collections that were listed. He has to get his own credit report email it then and they still haven't fixed it since July, it's now October. nAll in all I highly recommend using Russel Weekes Law Offices, I never really spoke with him, the staff just handled it all perfectly. So good luck and These guys are great! If you are unsure use this one, I am not friend or related I interviewed three just like google tells you to. This one stood out because they didn't try to sell me. They just said what it cost and what they did for that price, and they did it al!

Overall the bankruptcy went well. This year, flies my taxes, they failed to tell me I wouldn't be getting my refund directly but from the trustee. I understand , but some notice saying this besides "it's in your contract" after the fact would have better prepared me. The only reason I found out was to spend hours on hold calling the Irs. Also, there was not an apology or sympathy to my situation . Just do your research.

It's amazing how the reviews differ, it's like they pick and choose who to help. We are still in our chapter 13, 2 years in and i can't even get an email answered In under a week. I copy everyone we know at the firm on the emails and rarely hear back in a timely manner it gets very frustrating. Bankruptcy is not easy and every case is different i would expect to be treated just like the customer's who have given a positive review.nWe started out dealing with a gal named Paula who was nice and would help us, we then got past on to Marcie who literally will ignore you and your questions and emails until it fits her schedule it seems like. Isn't that what emails are for? Quick responses?nSo far in total we have paid them $4700 which is a lot compared to what I've seen.nWe also don't understand the name change weeks law is now capstone law? Why?nIf you choose these guys your a gambler you may be treated well like some of the 5 star reviews or treated like a number like the 1star reviews, I also find it funny that the negative reviews all revolve around lack of communication and and poor customer service, and when you do get a response it's very condescending, I'm not a lawyer that's why we hired you are we not allowed to have questions during the process?
