Where to start? Called weeks ago to set up a will and was told that will consultations are only done over the phone. I was scheduled for a consultation for 10/29 @ 11AM. Waited weeks for the consultation for no one to call me. After waiting I called to check on the status of the appointment and was first told I was never scheduled. The front desk person multiple times confused us with multiple different people even completely different names. She took our information to have someone call us back. The second person that called stated if the appointment was for my wife and her sister which was not. She placed me on hold again and transfered us to a third person that answered the call with,"Who is this?" How disrespectful can someone be when they answer the call by saying "Who is this?". We find out he's an attorney. But wait it only gets better. Adeena Weiss calls me to my phone number which supposley I never gave them and I never made an appointment. We used my wife's phone and number the first time we called by the way. Just to be treated the same way I was treated by everyone else. Never gave me the opportunity to explain how everyone dropped the ball and what she can do to show improvement in her office. If that's how she runs her office she shouldn't be running anyone's case.
