Unlike other larger firms, I was able to speak with Mark directly from the get-go, rather than a paralegal or assistant, who then forwards your information to the attorney. This cut down wait time dramatically, because I wasn’t waiting to hear back from anyone while they played whisper-down-the-lane. Mark was very friendly, kind, and professional. I was very pleased with the work Mark Medvesky did for me. He was knowledgeable, professional and answered my questions in layman's terms.
