I ordered 2 kids meals for my kids, and the food was hot and fresh when I picked up. However, the disappointment was the store’s restroom need to improve soon.

let’s start off by when I was ordering I asked for extra sauce..wasn’t in the bag when I received it then I ask again politely and she gives me an attitude tells me I have to pay which I obviously didn’t mind doing I leave I get home and as soon as I open my sandwhich I find a black piece of hair like bro that’s disgusting just wasted money for what like I’m prob never going to wendys again and if I do it def won’t be this one

This is one of the best Wendy's near me. They get my order correct and complete very regularly. I've only had issues twice, once with a rude employee who didn't want to give me the frosty I ordered and another when they didn't have the spicy nuggets or spicy ranch sauce and tried to trick me by putting in the regular nuggets and sauce. I have more issues with their parking lot, it can get crowded and because of where we live people don't know they should be making u-turns in the lot. These people should be banned from ordering frosties... but that's not a real thing, yet.

This store's service has deteriorated significantly over the past few months. No matter how much patience and detail I put into my order, it is consistently incorrect - and this is at the drive-thru. After my burger was made incorrectly, fries cold and Coke nothing but brown water, this evening, I'm done with this location and Wendy's, period. Food is too expensive for this kind of service. Thanks, but no thanks.

Tried the new summer strawberry frosty. Very yum. Tried a new sandwich that I also liked very much. I usually get the taco salad but the sandwich was very tasty.
